During these unprecedented and challenging times, we are doing everything possible to keep our employees, suppliers and customers as safe as possible.
The latest UK government advice to businesses states:
"Online retail is still open and encouraged, whilst postal and delivery service will run as normal".
We are processing orders as normal and our warehouse team are taking significant additional social distancing and hygiene measures. There may be a slight delay to certain orders depending on the courier, with DHL encountering delays of up to 3 days and Hermes between 5-7 days. Also, please note that couriers are leaving parcels at the premises with no face to face contact, so any delivery disputes will need to be taken up with the courier directly.
If the shipment shows as delivered we are not able to make a claim for non-delivered orders. This is due to our couriers terms and conditions. Please regular check tracking updates
All members of staff who can work from home have been doing so for the past week and will continue to do so until further notice. This includes our customer service team meaning that our phone lines are currently not available, but you can still contact us by either email or live chat.
