All purchases on our website will be sent by Hermes Tracked 48 Hour and are posted out the same day as the order, so long as the order is made before 3pm. If not, the order is posted the following day.

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. If order is placed on Saturday it will be processed on Monday. November - December Order are dispatch on Saturday up to 1pm.
From there, any problems with delivery should be followed up with Hermes. Your tracking number can be requested by emailing sales@scentsationalperfumes.com.
For a guaranteed next day service*, We offer next day by DHL for price for this is £4.95

Christmas Delivery The closer to Christmas it gets, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times due to Royal Mail's work load increasing. Please consider ordering early to save disappointment.
