Shipping Terms & Conditions
All purchases on our website will be sent by Hermes Tracked 48 and are posted out the same day as the order, so long as the order is made before 3pm. If not, the order is posted the following day.
Please allow 2-5 days for the package to be Delivered, Contact us if the parcel has not been received within this time frame.
Orders under £30.00 will be a charge of £1.95
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. If order is placed on Saturday it will be processed on Monday. November/ December orders will be dispatched on Saturday if placed before 12:00pm
Any problems with delivery should be followed up with Hermes as this is beyond our control. https://www.myhermes.co.uk/

Next Day delivery by DHL - Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 5pm the next business day, Orders placed by 3pm Friday will be delivered before 5pm on the following Monday (bank holidays excluded).
Saturday Delivery by DHL or Fedex - £9.99
DPD and FeDex Saturday Delivery - Orders placed by 4pm on a Friday will be delivered before 5pm on Saturday
You are entitled to cancel your online order by phone or email. If you realize you have made a mistake please email email@example.com or call 0207 193 7816.
Black Friday and Christmas Cancellation - During Black Friday and Christmas we are not able to cancel any orders, All orders are sent for processing and are packed within minutes from receiving the order. However, we do offer free returns if you wish to return back
Please be aware during bank holidays deliveries can be delayed. Hermes do not deliver on Bank Holiday Monday. We process orders Monday to Friday our cut off is 3pm. So if the order is placed after 3pm on Friday it will be dispatched on the following Tuesday
The closer to Christmas it gets, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times due to Royal Mail's work load increasing.
Please consider ordering early to save disappointment.
Europe: Deliveries within Europe will be charged at £7.95 and sent by Fedex Priority Express (Please allow 2-3 days) Additional items are free if charge.
USA & Canada: Deliveries to USA & Canada will be charged at £9.95. Fedex Priority Express (Please allow 2-3 days)
Rest of World Deliveries will be charged at £14.95 (Please allow up to 5 days for delivery)
Orders not received will not be deemed “missing” by Hermes until 14 working days have passed. We will therefore be unable to re-send or refund until after this period, and a claim has been made on Hermes
Scentsational Perfumes will not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by a third party.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your item( s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Scentsational Perfumes do not refund postal charges) Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt.
If the product was sent incorrect, faulty or damaged. A free returns label will be sent by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please Note: Whilst free delivery is on going the cost of the actual postage will be deducted from the price of the item.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been opened or used. In the interests of hygiene and for obvious safety and health concerns, we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened or had its seal or other wrappings opened or tampered with.
For Broken or Missing items photographic evidence will need to be provided within 7 days from receipt.
Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund. Please make sure any returns are sent by a tracked postal Service.
Any items returned to sender via Royal Mail "Not Called For" will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only, and the order then cancelled.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations (for sales on the internet or mail order) allows you to cancel any order you make within 7 days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund.
Only unused and unopened merchandise will qualify, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the merchandise.
